Wedding Dance Lessons in NJ & NYC
*This is Emily and Christian! We worked together in 2025 to prepare a waltz to salsa fusion for their stunning wedding in Italy, which was later featured in Vogue Australia.
Lessons are held in person in Jersey City at Nimbus Arts Center - 329 Warren St, Jersey City & Manhattan at Danznik Studios - 240 W 37th St, NYC
Virtual lessons are available by request for couples who need additional flexibility.
If you’re worried about looking awkward, and have little to no dance experience, we’re perfect for you. Whether you want to learn something simple and elegant or a more show-stopping routine, I will guide you step by step so that you feel confident and truly enjoy the process.

How everything comes together…

Send me a text or email so I can get an understanding of what your specific needs are. My intake forms also help to give me a baseline of where we should start.

We’ll make a plan to gradually develop the skills you need to have the perfect first dance. This will include planning lessons, practices, and group classes if needed.

I will help you design a routine that flows with your music and showcases you as a couple. This includes tailoring the choreography to fully capture musical highlights.

We want your dance to feel natural and effortless, refining your skill set and developing an understanding of each person’s role in dance is essential.

Don’t be afraid to show me photos or videos of inspiration you have when we meet! We can take ideas and create them into something new and individualized just for you.
Most couples start 4–6 months before their wedding, though some prefer to begin earlier. Both approaches work beautifully. If you’re under a shorter timeline, I would recommend messaging me directly so we can ensure there’s scheduling availability.

Wedding dance packages designed for real progress
I primarily work with couples in 10–30 lesson packages, which allows enough time to build confidence, refine your choreography, and feel fully prepared.
Individual lessons are available when appropriate, but most couples see the best results with a structured package.
